Understanding your unique patterns and matching them to the subtle energetics of herbs (i.e. hot/cold,warm/cool) is essential for herbal success.

Follow Up Sessions
$45 + additional herbs separate
A follow up session helps determine your progress. Changes may be made to herbs or dosage at this time. We’ll also make sure that any lifestyle plan we’ve made together still fits your schedule! Herbs can also be refilled at this time, or a new formula may be made for you. Reflexology may be added.

Reflexology is the science and art of working reflexes found on the hands, face, or feet. My honor is to conduct the natural healing process already found in the body by bringing about a relaxed state and encouraging balance and homeostasis. Different from a foot massage, reflexology allows intentional access to everything inside the body, allowing work to be done at the innermost level of the client.
